A Part of LIFE
Exercise has always been a part of my life, even when I was younger. I grew up on a farm with very busy parents. If you wanted to visit a friend you either walked there or rode your bike. As an adult exercise and fitness becomes more intentional. You need to make time for it. Schedule it. Book it, so it will happen. I schedule my personal exercise time after my shift at the hospital before I go home. It is a perfect bridge between work and home. It allows me to unwind and enjoy the rest of my day. I challenge you to find some time in your schedule to exercise. Start simple – plan a walk. Put it on your calendar. Schedule three exercise breaks for yourself this week.
